Audrey Smith

Biography

Audrey D. Smith has spent over a decade defending general contractors, developers, building product manufacturers, and subcontractors in the Florida construction defect litigation arena. She also has experience handling matters in the areas of coverage, catastrophic tort, and professional liability defense.

Having grown up in a multi-generational construction and development family business, Audrey brings a unique, firsthand vision of the real-world impact of both “routine” and complex litigation on the business owner. This  background also enables her to effectively communicate with clients of all backgrounds-- from the c-suite executive to the day laborer.

In every case, she prioritizes building relationships founded on trust, professionalism, and humility with counsel on both sides of the “v” to facilitate efficient and practical resolutions for her clients. As a team leader, she is committed to fostering what she calls “the sustainable practice of law,” emphasizing balance, growth, and long-term excellence.
