Biography
Jeremy Beroza thrives at the intersection of strategic decision making and operational effectiveness.
He has been working in the P&C space for over 21 years building structure and accountability across all aspects of the claims organization. He started his career in personal lines handling property damage, bodily injury, and PIP losses. Through his time, he also oversaw departments handling catastrophic losses, lawsuits, and allegations of bad faith. He transitioned over to commercial lines at Gallagher Bassett, where he is currently the Vice President of Claims Operations. The team is responsible for all aspects of transportation, trucking, and general liability claims, across all 50 states.
Jeremy has focused on building high performance teams and developing leaders. He takes a "boots-on-the-ground" approach by empowering teams to handle the most challenging work with confidence.
Jeremy has his Bachelors Degree in English Literature and a MBA, both from Long Island University. Additionally, he has earned the Senior Claims Law Designation. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys reading, coaching soccer, and traveling with his wife, Kerri, and their two children.
